How do I choose the right size?

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Fit may vary by style. If you need help, contact service@eodup.com.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

We aim to show colors and details accurately. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screens, washing, distressing, dyeing, or hand-finishing techniques.

How should I care for my EODUP items?

Please follow the care label and product-page instructions. Some waxed or specially finished items should not be water washed and may require professional dry cleaning.

 

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact service@eodup.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. EODUP ships to supported international destinations. Available shipping methods and fees are shown at checkout.

Is free shipping available?

Orders of US$300 or more qualify for free standard shipping where available.

How long does processing take?

In-stock items: usually within 3 business days

Pre-order items: usually within 25 business days

If a product page states a different timeline, please follow the product-page information.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Will in-stock and pre-order items ship together?

Not always. Items may be shipped separately depending on availability.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return or exchange an item?

Please contact service@eodup.com before returning any item. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.

What if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?

You may submit a return or exchange request. For returns caused by personal reasons, customers may be responsible for international return shipping costs.

What if I receive a defective item?

Contact service@eodup.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will normally be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
